Center Consultant Nomination Criteria

Academic Standards:
1.    The consultant must hold an academic qualification of no less than Assistant Professor or higher.
2.    Commitment to research ethics, ensuring complete confidentiality and refraining from publishing or disclosing any information related to the researcher or the research topic.
3.    Familiarity with the research standards applied at other universities to which the researcher belongs.
4.    Continuous awareness of recent developments in the field of specialization.
5.    Full familiarity with the details of the research consultation topic.
Professional Standards:
1.    The consultant’s commitment to self-promoting and introducing their consulting services in a way that contributes to increasing the number of beneficiaries, as this number is linked to higher points for renewal.
2.    Possession of active listening skills and the ability to discuss the research problem with the beneficiary in a manner that facilitates extracting information and proposing appropriate solutions.
3.    Maintaining positive and influential relationships and the ability to build effective professional communication with beneficiaries.
Organizational Standards:
1.    Commitment to attending consultation sessions according to electronic booking requests and the approved schedule.
2.    Consultation sessions are held in person for female students, except for those residing outside the city of Riyadh.
3.    Sessions for male students are conducted remotely via the Zoom platform.
4.    Cooperation with the center’s team and working in a team-oriented spirit to achieve its objectives.
5.    Renewal of assignment on a semester basis, with the possibility of extension according to specific and approved evaluation criteria.
